Who we are

This website and the Anan app are provided by Metamorphosis Australia Disability Services Pty Ltd (“Metamorphosis Australia”, “we”), ABN 55 641 565 826, Melbourne, Victoria — & statewide telehealth.

Not a medical device

Anan is an accessibility and co-design tool to support communication. It is not a registered medical device and is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified professional. It is best set up and used under speech-pathology governance. Nothing on this site is medical, clinical or funding advice.

Using Anan

• Communicating with Anan — the boards, speaking, typing, switch access and “I need…” — is free for the communicator and is never locked, even if a paid plan lapses.
• Optional carer & clinician tools are provided on a paid plan as described on the pricing page, following a 14-day trial. Plans are billed by invoice.
• Please use Anan lawfully and respectfully, and configure vocabulary with the communicator’s dignity and consent in mind.

Content & trademarks

Anan, the Anan wordmark and the Anan lemur are brand marks of Metamorphosis Australia. Symbol sets are used under their respective licences (including the open Mulberry Symbols set). Other product names mentioned on this site — for example in the comparison — are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification only; those companies do not endorse this comparison.

No warranty; liability

The website and app are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or app.
